Leo has over 16 years of industry experience.

His love and commitment for basketball has seen him continue volunteering as a local and state coach.

Erron, our General Manager, has over 14 years of industry experience, is responsible for our day-to-day operations, and is head of our certification programs.
His wealth of knowledge in property management is evident throughout his career so far, he has a strong passion in continuing to develop his knowledge and expertise further and is the driving force behind his commitment to the company.
Erron is an asset to the company; he ensures that each customer receives the best service possible and that each job is completed in a timely manner. He takes great pride in his work and has been the driving force behind our success. He is always more than happy to help and assist in any way he can and is an invaluable team member.

Bob is head of our specialist division, Bob brings over 30 years of industry experience to the company. As a founding member of Interpro Property Services, Bob has the expertise to manage our equipment and various machines, including vacuum cleaners and scrubbing machines.
His qualifications as a first-class machinist have helped him become an invaluable asset to the team.
Bob is our go-to problem-solver and valued team member.
Despite being semi-retired, he remains committed to the success of the company.
When he’s not busy at work, Bob can often be found enjoying his sports shows, a movie or spending time with his loved ones.
Santosh, our Area Supervisor, with over five years of industry experience.
His roles and responsibilities are to ensure and maintain high levels of standards are being met across all scopes of services, he supports and promotes a positive environment among staff while they meet their performances.
Santosh continues to prove himself as a valuable team member and grows from strength to strength.
His hands-on approach and degree in management have enabled him to excel at great lengths.
When he’s not working, Santosh enjoys spending quality time with his young family, travelling, swimming, and playing soccer.
Site Support Team
This team is responsible and part of a large team group, who work together in day-to-day operations, they support each other and the team at large.
They ensure all staff meet client standards, the site support team is also responsible for any new changes, that they are implemented smoothly across all staff, and provide guidance and the know-how needed to be addressed.
The team is also responsible for continuously monitoring performance through inspections and customer satisfaction.
They aim to ensure all clients have a positive experience with our services. Additionally, they support other team members in understanding the correct processes that are being used upon client requests. The team always maintains high professionalism, working hard to meet and exceed client expectations for quality service. Ultimately, we strive to create a positive customer experience through excellent service and communication.
