Jill
Founder & Managing Director
Jill Jusuf is the Managing Director of Interpro Property Services and brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
Since 1997, Jill has played a key role in building lasting client relationships through accessible leadership, strong communication and an unwavering commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service. She believes that every client, every site and every member of the Interpro team deserves genuine care, accountability and exceptional service.
Well known for her client-focused approach, Jill takes great pride in listening to clients and understanding their individual requirements. She believes successful partnerships are built on trust, reliability and open communication, and is committed to going the extra mile to deliver practical solutions and outstanding results.
Jill is equally passionate about supporting and developing the Interpro team. She believes that creating a positive workplace culture enables every team member to perform at their best, resulting in exceptional service for clients and long-term success for the business.
Interpro has proudly maintained its Quality Assured certification for more than a decade, reflecting Jill’s commitment to continual improvement, operational excellence and consistent service delivery. One of her greatest professional achievements is supporting clients through accreditation processes year after year, helping them maintain the standards expected within their industries.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends, and taking long walks to unwind and recharge.
Leo
Director – Client Relations & Business Development
Leo Jusuf brings over 18 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry and plays a key role in leading Interpro’s Client Relations and Business Development functions. Throughout his career with Interpro, he has been instrumental in building long-term client partnerships and contributing to the company’s continued growth.
Leo believes that successful business relationships are built on trust, communication and mutual value. He is passionate about understanding each client’s unique requirements and takes pride in delivering practical solutions that support their operational needs while maintaining the high standards Interpro is known for.
Known for his approachable nature and problem-solving mindset, Leo is committed to going above and beyond for clients. His enthusiasm, determination and ability to build genuine relationships have made him an invaluable member of the Interpro leadership team.
Outside of Interpro, Leo is a qualified cabinet maker and has a long-standing passion for basketball, volunteering as both a local and state coach. When he isn’t working, he enjoys travelling, watching movies and spending quality time with his family.
Erron
General Manager
Erron has over 16 years of industry experience and plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of Interpro Property Services. As General Manager, he oversees operational performance and leads the company’s Quality Assured certification programs, ensuring the high standards Interpro is known for are consistently maintained.
With extensive experience in property management, Erron is committed to continuous learning and professional development. His strong operational knowledge, attention to detail and commitment to excellence have made him an integral part of Interpro’s ongoing success.
Known for his positive attitude and willingness to assist, Erron takes great pride in ensuring every client receives exceptional service and that every project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. His leadership, reliability and problem-solving approach provide confidence to both clients and the wider Interpro team.
Erron’s ambition and dedication continually drive him to improve both personally and professionally. He is passionate about delivering practical solutions, supporting the team and maintaining the level of service clients have come to expect from Interpro.
Outside of work, Erron enjoys spending time with his young family, swimming and gardening.
Bob
Head of Specialist Services
Bob brings over 30 years of industry experience to Interpro Property Services and leads the company’s Specialist Services Division. As a founding member of Interpro, he has played an integral role in the company’s growth and has developed extensive expertise across specialised cleaning equipment, machinery and operational support.
With qualifications as a First-Class Machinist, Bob possesses exceptional technical knowledge and is the team’s go-to expert for equipment maintenance, repairs and specialist machinery. His practical experience and problem-solving abilities ensure Interpro’s equipment is maintained to the highest standard, supporting the reliable service our clients expect.
Although now semi-retired, Bob remains a valued member of the Interpro team and continues to share his knowledge, experience and technical expertise. His commitment, reliability and willingness to help have made him an invaluable part of the business for many years.
Outside of work, Bob enjoys watching sport, relaxing with a good movie and spending quality time with his family and loved ones.
Santosh
Area Supervisor
Santosh brings over seven years of industry experience to Interpro Property Services and plays an important role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect. As Area Supervisor, he oversees the day-to-day delivery of services across multiple client sites, ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved.
With a hands-on leadership style and a degree in management, Santosh works closely with site teams to provide guidance, support and encouragement. He is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring every member of the team understands their responsibilities and performs to the highest standard.
Santosh has earned the respect of both colleagues and clients through his professionalism, reliability and strong work ethic. His willingness to lead by example and his commitment to continuous improvement have seen him grow into a valued member of the Interpro leadership team.
Outside of work, Santosh enjoys spending quality time with his young family, travelling, swimming and playing soccer.
Site Support Team
Behind every successful client partnership is a dedicated Site Support Team working together to ensure the consistent delivery of Interpro’s high standards. This experienced team plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, providing guidance to staff and ensuring every client receives reliable, quality service.
The Site Support Team works closely with supervisors, cleaners and management to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and consistently delivered. They oversee the implementation of new procedures, provide ongoing training and support, and help ensure any operational changes are introduced smoothly across all client sites.
Regular site inspections, quality audits and customer feedback are central to the team’s approach. By continuously monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement, they help maintain the high standards Interpro clients have come to expect.
